This is the checklist I am least compliant with since the child in me doesn't want to follow orders and the Adult in me has checked out for the Day.

Below is a simplified evening routine for winding down.

The Rest Checklist

  • â­• 8:30 PM - Turn off Data on all devices
  • â­• Make Yogurt Night snack
  • â­• Block the Heating Vent in your room to lower the temperature
  • â­• Plug in iPhone so you can use it tomorrow
  • â­• Plug in QC35 headphones so you can use them tomorrow
  • â­• Plug in Open Comm headphones so you can use them tomorrow
